NomadU Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: October 21, 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the NomadU Global Program (“Program”).
By applying to or enrolling in NomadU, you (“Participant”) agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Parties and Program Overview
NomadU provides an international cultural and professional experience program designed to complement academic study.
Participants simultaneously pursue a Master’s Degree awarded by Contemporary Technology University (CTU), a licensed higher education institution based in California, USA.

  • Academic provider: Contemporary Technology University (CTU), California

  • Experience provider: NomadU, which organizes travel, accommodation, study hubs, and cultural programming in multiple global destinations

CTU is fully responsible for the delivery, quality, and accreditation of the academic degree.
NomadU is responsible for organizing and facilitating the travel and cultural immersion components of the experience.

2. Eligibility
Participants must be:

  • At least 18 years old by the program start date, and

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent prior to enrollment.

NomadU and CTU reserve the right to verify eligibility and to refuse admission to individuals who do not meet program standards.

3. Program Components
The NomadU experience consists of two integrated but distinct components:

  1. Academic Component
    Delivered entirely online by CTU. Includes course materials, faculty support, evaluation, and issuance of the official Master’s Degree upon successful completion.

  2. Cultural Experience Component
    Managed by NomadU. Includes housing, coworking/study hub access, on‑site coordination, organized local activities, and cultural events across approximately nine global cities.


4. Fees and Payments
4.1 Tuition Fee (CTU)

  • Total Tuition: USD 12,000

  • Payable in four equal installments of USD 3,000 each

  • Covers all academic services provided by Contemporary Technology University

4.2 NomadU Program Fee

  • Total Program Fee: USD 20,400 (flights not included)

  • Payable as: USD 2,400 deposit + three installments of USD 6,000

  • Includes accommodation, study hubs, local activities, and support services in each city

  • Excludes personal food, insurance, and local transportation

All payments must be made according to the payment schedule provided.
Late or missed payments may result in suspension or removal from the program.

5. Refund and Withdrawal Policy

  • The initial USD 2,400 deposit is non‑refundable.

  • Installments already paid become non‑refundable once the related program phase has begun.

  • Participants withdrawing before the next scheduled phase will not be charged for future installments.

  • Tuition payments to CTU follow the university’s internal refund policy. NomadU does not control or process tuition refunds.


6. Travel and Logistics
Participants are responsible for:

  • Securing visas and travel documentation for each destination

  • Booking and paying for inter‑city flights

  • Maintaining valid travel insurance for the entire duration

  • Complying with all local laws and customs

NomadU assists with coordination but is not liable for visa denials, travel delays, or force majeure events.

7. Academic Relationship
All academic matters—including course delivery, grading, degree conferral, and academic integrity—are governed by CTU’s policies and regulations.
NomadU has no academic authority and does not issue academic credit or degrees.
Participants must adhere to CTU’s academic standards and codes of conduct throughout the program.

8. Conduct and Community Standards
Participants agree to:

  • Behave respectfully toward peers, staff, and local communities

  • Refrain from illegal or unethical conduct

  • Represent NomadU and CTU in a professional and respectful manner

NomadU reserves the right to remove any participant from the program for misconduct, without refund.

9. Media and Privacy Consent
By joining the program, participants grant NomadU and CTU permission to capture and use photos, videos, or testimonials for educational or promotional purposes, unless they opt out in writing prior to the start date.

10. Liability Disclaimer
NomadU acts solely as a program organizer and experience facilitator.
NomadU is not liable for:

  • Injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage of personal property

  • Travel disruptions, political events, or natural disasters

  • Academic outcomes or degree eligibility (managed solely by CTU)

Participants agree to join at their own risk and maintain appropriate travel and health insurance.

11. Program Modifications
NomadU reserves the right to adjust dates, destinations, or logistics as necessary due to external factors such as government regulations, safety concerns, or partner availability.
CTU reserves the right to modify academic scheduling or content under similar circumstances.

12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, United States.
